Weight loss is hard and often times even when we have the best of intentions we lose motivation and confidence in ourselves. Medication management involves a longer consultation to discuss health history, goals, and then review a variety of treatment plans. Some of these may require labs and/or EKG before therapy can be started. 

There are no magical pills or supplements. What we do here at 360 Health and Wellness is offer health coaching along side these therapies so that you can actually see results and most importantly maintain them once you've reached your goal!  Don't let the hard work be for nothing, learn how to maintain your results.

$150  Initial Consultation fee

(includes basic lab panel; additional specialized labs or if EKG is required additional fees will be charged)

6 month minimum commitment at $75 per month after initial consultation (this includes weekly check in, nutritional assessments, and access to provider)

Semaglutide Package $2500

6 month commitment $600 due at first visit and card must be placed on file for recurring monthly charges for the remaining 6 months of the program.

Includes: Initial consult and treatment plan with nutritional evaluation and labs (if needed)
