Hormones are part of a very complex communication network, each one affecting the other. Hormones play a vital role in our brain and how our brain communicates with our organs. When there is an imbalance the above symptoms are often the result. 

We are taught that the hormone shift that occurs as we age is something to just deal with, as it is a natural part of aging. Hormone decline may be a natural part of aging but for some it is a major disruption to their life and I am here to say that it doesn’t have to be!  Hormone replacement therapy can be safely administered with bioidentical hormones and proper monitoring.
