One Time Visits

We are no longer accepting one time visits for acute/urgent needs. We will continue to offer yearly physicals and DOT physicals for those who do not require medical management beyond the visit. We do have very limited space still available for those who wish to sign up as members.  Just remember that with a membership you get unlimited visits throughout the year. Comprehensive physical exam and urinalysis.  If your company requires drug testing there will be an additional charge for this. Bring your current DOT paperwork.

Includes a comprehensive exam, a urinalysis, and some basic labs (CBC, CMP, lipid panel). Additional labs can be done but will be additional charge.  We will review your labs with you for no cost but any follow up that may be recommended or required will be additional fee for that visit.
