One Time Visits

One time visits will be offered until we are at capacity.  Just remember that with a membership you get unlimited visits throughout the year. If you want to explore this option head on over to our Direct Primary Care tab and check out membership pricing and how to enroll.

Pink eye, sore throat, sinus infection, flu, food poisoning, UTI, rash, cough, asthma flare, pneumonia, dehydration, sprained body part. Follow up to an acute visit is $50.

Schedule a visit from the comfort of your home. Acne, allergies, constipation, diarrhea, headache, nausea, pink eye, rash, sore throat, UTI (women 18 and older only), yeast infection. 

Telemedicine also available for mental health consults - pricing may vary depending on complexity of treatment ($75-$125)

Comprehensive physical exam and urinalysis.  If your company requires drug testing there will be an additional charge for this. Bring your current DOT paperwork.

Includes a comprehensive exam, a urinalysis, and some basic labs (CBC, CMP, lipid panel). Additional labs can be done but will be additional charge.  We will review your labs with you for no cost but any follow up that may be recommended or required will be additional fee for that visit.
